| HOURLY CONSULTING Includes consulting, drawings, or any other related design work done on an hourly basis. Any mechanical, electrical, tile layout or other detail plans are done on an hourly basis. Fee: Charged per hour of service |
| DESIGN RETAINER Includes a complete set of dimensioned floor plans and elevations, (6) job-site client meetings, color palette selections, & finish / product specifications as necessary. Also includes initial analysis of site & adjacent spaces to determine any design concerns, function, & traffic flow in & out of included area. Fee: Charged as a per room fee. Any additional services not specifically listed above are additional. |

| Both of these design options use a combination of hand-sketching & CAD (Computer Aided Design). CAD uses the latest in technology to complete your plans & it also allows drawings & other media to be transferred easily via the Internet to other industry professionals that you may be working with. |
